These "Carrot Mimosas" will impress your entire guest list, and will add a happy touch of Spring. This cocktail is incredibly simple to make and only requires a handful of ingrediants. 

Supplies Needed:

Champagne glasses ( glass or reusable plastic)

1 bunch parsley (carrot top)

1 bottle of your favorite champagne

**We recommend these vegan options: Cattier Brut Champagne, Moet & Chandon, Taittinger Brut Reserve, Champagne Lanson, and Dom Perignon.

Carrot & Orange Juice

**We recommend Natalies Orchid Island Juice, R.W Knudson, and Bolthouse Farms juices. R.W. Knudson has a wonderful pre-blended Carrot and Orange Blend.

Fill glass 2/3 of the way with desired champagne. Fill the remaining 1/3 with your favorite carrot and orange juice blend. Simply top the drink with the parsley sprig - and you've just made yourself a carrot.
